Endeavor Tool Company  History

The company was founded by seven partners in 1996 to manufacture and market the highly innovative "Gator Grip" universal socket.

The partners were immediately faced with two tremendous challenges.  The first challenge was to design a high quality and durable product suitable for automated assembly.  The goal was to provide the customer with a product of both excellent function and a superior value to cost relationship.  This goal was successfully accomplished during the first 18 months under the guidance of  WorkTools, Inc a product development company owned by three of the founders.

The second challenge was to create sales demand by educating the public about this completely new "universal socket"; a tool that had never before existed.  This goal proved more daunting and after a few years of mediocre results the other four partners sold their controlling shares in 2000 to British entrepreneur, Steve Quick.  Steve realized the way to create demand was to put the Gator Grip on TV.  In the fall of 2001 Gator Grip was seen by millions of viewers and orders poured in.  Sales shot up and have continued to grow ever since.

Endeavor continues to offer it's customers new, innovative, and unique  products to help them save time and money while making life a little easier.
