LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All Endeavor tools have passed rigid factory inspections and are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Any Endeavor tool that is abused or used for purposes other than those for which the tool was designed is excluded from this warranty. Please return the unit to the place of purchase or to the factory (proof of purchase is required). The liability of Endeavor Tool Company, L.L.C. is limited to replacing the unit with an equivalent product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
